After purchasing for the first time, you'll be provided with a secure login that will give you online access to your portfolio whenever you need.  Here, there are many tools to help you analyse your investment portfolio plus if you want to move your money to new funds, you can do this yourself through the online switching service.  If you do switch funds using this service, the typical switching charge is only 0.25% - although on some types of investment there may be an additional charge.
